"outdated technology"
The product description really needs to be more straightforward. I ended up purchasing a board that’s actually a Rev1 from three years back, which was replaced pretty quickly because of some design problems!

"Still Waiting for My Order"
I put in my order more than a week back with the usual 48-hour delivery option. I get that there have been some Royal Mail strikes, but I’m still in the dark about my parcel, and the tracking number isn’t helping at all. Will I ever see my stuff? I’ve even ordered from other shops since Sunday that also use Royal Mail, and their package showed up today with the same 48-hour delivery.

"Don't trust this company; they don't keep their promises."
A week back, I placed an order for a part, and printMods UK LTD messed it up. They initially claimed they would still fulfill my order. But later that same day, they changed their tune and said they wouldn't honor it, leaving me in a bind without the part I really needed. I won't be using their services again, and I'll be sure to let everyone I know steer clear of them too.

"Fantastic Experience"
Fantastic experience! The site is super easy to use and the images are really clear. It would’ve been handy to have info on which parts fit which machines, but I managed to figure out the right part from the photo. The spare part was shipped right after I placed my order and showed up the next day. My 3D printer was up and running by the afternoon. Honestly, I’m really pleased with the service.

"Awesome Support"
Awesome Support. We've turned to Printermods a few times, and they’ve managed to fix and service our printer in just a few days. Their hourly rates are reasonable, and the repairs are done really well. I’d definitely suggest giving them a shot. Plus, don’t miss out on their shop - they’ve got a solid selection of products.

"Top-notch service and great value"
Top-notch service and great value. The communication is really impressive too. I shot off an email since I got only part of my order, and they called me the very next morning to explain what happened and when I can expect the rest of the item that was on back order. Keep doing what you're doing, folks. A solid 10/10 from me.

"Great experiences up to now."
All in all, my journey with this site has been fantastic with several orders (except for having to get one item again since Royal Mail misplaced the first one, but that got sorted out with them). The site is nicely laid out, and the items are organized well, making them a breeze to locate. There’s a ton of variety in the offerings, and you’re pretty much guaranteed to discover just what you’re after for your 3D printing projects.

"Printer showed up in great condition..."
The printer showed up in great condition and right on schedule. When I took out the parts for setup, I discovered that one of the connector plugs was damaged on the cable. A fast call to printermods turned out to be super helpful; they told me that if I could repair it, it wouldn't void my warranty, and if I couldn't, they'd send a new cable my way. Really appreciated their support.

"Super quick shipping and just what I wanted..."
Super quick shipping and just what I wanted, but where this shop really stood out for me was their outstanding customer service. They spent over two hours assisting me in getting the product up and running properly, even going so far as to connect to my computer to help with the setup. I can't thank them enough for their help; I highly recommend them, and I’ll definitely be buying from them again down the line.
